Promotion Terms and Conditions

BUY T-SHIRTS – GET 50 PLN

1. When purchasing any T-shirts from PROMOSTARS, CRIMSON CUT, or MARK THE HELPER for a net amount of 1000 PLN, the customer will receive 1 Empik eGift card worth 50 PLN.
2. The promotion runs from May 11, 2026 to May 22, 2026 or until the Empik eGift cards run out.
3. The promotion does not include GEFFER T-shirts.
4. When ordering T-shirts participating in the promotion for a multiple of the net amount of 1000 PLN, the customer receives the same multiple of Empik eGift cards worth 50 PLN.
5. The eGift cards, in the form of a code, will be sent electronically to the email address indicated in the order.
6. The eGift cards can be used for purchases in EMPIK brick-and-mortar stores, in the online store www.empik.com, and in the Empik mobile app.
7. The eGift cards can be redeemed until May 11, 2027
8. To use Empik eGift Cards for purchases in the Empik Online Store and the Empik mobile app, you must set up an Empik Online Store customer account, in accordance with the Empik Online Store Terms and Conditions (https://empik.com/regulamin).
9. Empik eGift Cards must be registered and assigned to a customer account. Empik Gift Cards assigned to a customer account are visible under Available Funds, in the tab: https://empik.com/twoje-konto/dostepne-srodki or in the Empik mobile app.
10. No more than 20 eGift cards can be assigned to a single empik.com account, and funds can be kept in the account for later use. After using all or part of the funds, further eGift cards can be assigned to the account.
11. Empik Gift Cards can be used to purchase goods and services sold by both Empik and entities other than Empik (hereinafter referred to as "Empik Marketplace sellers"). 13. Any problems with using an eGift card should be reported directly to empik.com at [email protected] or +48 22 462 72 50.
14. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
15. The promotion applies to orders for goods available in stock during the promotion period.
16. Goods purchased under the promotion are non-returnable.
17. Goods purchased under the promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
18. Any complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
