Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 10.05.2021 to 28.05.2021 or until the Media Expert gift cards run out.
2. Every customer who, between 10.05.2021 and 28.05.2021, buys a minimum of 50 pieces of PROMOSTARS or CRIMSON CUT T-shirts of a single model will receive 1 MEDIA EXPERT gift card worth 25 PLN.
3. For an order that is a multiple of 50 pieces of PROMOSTARS T-shirts or CRIMSON CUT of a single model, the customer receives the same multiple of Media Expert gift cards worth 25 PLN.
4. The Media Expert gift cards will take the form of a generated code entitling the holder to a discount of 25 PLN and will be sent electronically to the email address indicated in the order.
5. The card entitles the holder to make purchases in the Media Expert store chain in Poland and in the online store www.mediaexpert.pl in accordance with the Media Expert Gift Card Terms and Conditions. The card is valid for 36 months from the moment of its activation. The card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned to the Issuer. The Issuer is not liable for lost or misplaced Cards. 6. The Gift Cards can be redeemed and used to pay all or part of the price for Products or services in all Media Expert brick-and-mortar stores within the Republic of Poland and in the online store www.mediaexpert.pl.
7. When paying at www.mediaexpert.pl, enter the card number and PIN in the delivery and payment selection form. When shopping in stores, show the Cashier only the card number - protect your PIN and enter it yourself. More information at www.mediaexpert.pl/kartapodarunkowa
8. To redeem a Gift Card in the www.mediaexpert.pl store, you should:
   a/ Add your Products to the cart,
   b/ Select the "I want to pay/pay the difference with a Gift Card" option and enter the card number and PIN,
   c/ If the order value exceeds the funds available on the card, the system will ask for the difference to be paid using another payment method.
9. To redeem a Gift Card in a media expert brick-and-mortar store, you should:
   a/ Choose your Products in the store,
   b/ During payment at the checkout, show the seller the gift card number while protecting the PIN.
   c/ Enter the PIN code yourself to authorize the payment.
10. The User may present more than one Gift Card to pay for the purchased Product, but no more than 20 Gift Cards.
11. Any complaints related to the redemption of a Gift Card may be reported by email to [email protected], via the "complaints" form on the www.mediaexpert.pl/reklamacja page, or in writing to the registered office of TERG S.A., ul. Za Dworcem 1D, 77-400 Złotów, or at any Media Expert brick-and-mortar store.
12. The promotion applies to orders for goods available in stock during the promotion period.
13. Goods purchased in the promotion are non-returnable.
14. Goods purchased in the promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
15. Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
