PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
T-SHIRT EXPERT

1. The promotion runs from 17.04.2023 to 25.04.2023 or until the Media Expert Gift Cards
   run out.
2. Any customer who, between 17.04.2023 and 25.04.2023, buys 50 or 100 T-shirts
   of a single PROMOSTARS or CRIMSON CUT model will receive 1 MEDIA
   EXPERT gift card worth 25 PLN.
3. The minimum purchase quantities of T-shirts qualifying for the promotion depend on the number of pieces
   in the master carton for a given index, i.e.:
   100 pcs.: 21150 Standard 150, 21172 Heavy 170, 21174 Heavy Slim, 22155 V-neck, 22160
   Ladies' Heavy, 22200 Ladies' V-neck.
   50 pcs.: all other Promostars and Crimson Cut T-shirt models
4. When ordering multiples of 50 or 100 PROMOSTARS or CRIMSON CUT T-shirts
   of a single model, the buyer receives the same multiple of Media Expert gift cards
   worth 25 PLN.
5. The Media Expert gift cards will be in the form of a generated code granting a
   25 PLN discount and sent electronically to the email address given in the order.
6. Products covered by the EXTRA 15% OFF promotion take part in the campaign.
7. Outlet products are excluded from the campaign.
8. The card entitles the holder to make purchases in the Media Expert store network in Poland
   and in the online store www.mediaexpert.pl in accordance with the Media Expert Gift
   Card Terms and Conditions. The card is valid until 01.04.2026. The card cannot be
   exchanged for cash and cannot be returned to the Issuer. The Issuer is not
   liable for lost or misplaced Cards. The Media Expert Gift Card Terms and Conditions are

9. Gift Cards may be redeemed and used to pay all or part of the price for
   products or services in all Media Expert brick-and-mortar stores in the
   territory of the Republic of Poland and in the online store www.mediaexpert.pl.
10. When paying at www.mediaexpert.pl, enter the card number and PIN in the delivery and
    payment selection form. When buying in stores, show the Cashier only the card number – protect your PIN and

11. To redeem a Gift Card at www.mediaexpert.pl:
    a/ Add your Products to the cart,
    b/ Select the "I want to pay/top up with a Gift Card" option and enter the card number
    and PIN,
    c/ If the order value exceeds the funds available on the card, the system will ask for an additional payment
    by another payment method.
12. To redeem a Gift Card at a Media Expert brick-and-mortar store:
    a/ Choose your Products in the store,
    b/ When paying at the checkout, show the seller the gift card number while protecting your PIN.
    c/ Enter the PIN code yourself to authorize the payment.
13. A user may present more than one Gift Card to pay for a purchased Product,
    but no more than 20 Gift Cards.
14. Any complaints regarding the redemption of a Gift Card may be submitted by email
    to [email protected], via the "complaints" form on
    www.mediaexpert.pl/reklamacja , or in writing to the registered office of TERG S.A., ul. Za Dworcem
    1D, 77-400 Złotów, or in any Media Expert brick-and-mortar store.
15. The promotion covers orders for goods available in stock during the promotion period.
16. Goods purchased in the promotion are not returnable.
17. Goods purchased in the promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
18. Any complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
