1. The promotion runs from February 9, 2021 to February 12, 2021 or until the gift eCards run out.
2. With a purchase worth PLN 1,000 net of any PROMOSTARS, CRIMSON CUT, GEFFER or MARK THE HELPER clothing, the customer receives 1 Empik gift eCard worth PLN 25.
3. For an order that is a multiple of PLN 1,000 net, the customer receives the same multiple of Empik gift eCards worth PLN 25.
4. The promotion applies to orders for goods available in stock during the promotion period.
5. The gift eCards can be redeemed in the empik.com online store available at www.empik.com, in accordance with the online store's terms and conditions https://www.empik.com/regulamin.
6. The eCards will be sent electronically to the email address indicated in the order.
7. The eCards will take the form of a generated code entitling the holder to a PLN 25 discount when placing an order in the empik.com online store, available at www.empik.com, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the empik.com online store.
8. The eCards can be used only in the empik.com online store, on all products marked "Sold by empik.com.".
9. The promotion does not apply in Empik brick-and-mortar stores.
10. The eCards can be redeemed until September 28, 2021.
11. During a single transaction, the Customer may use several eCards, that is, top up their empik.com account with them and keep the "money" in their account.

14. Goods purchased in the promotion are non-returnable.
15. Goods purchased in the promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
16. Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
