Promotion Terms and Conditions

PROMO AT EMPIK

1. The promotion runs from October 5 to October 23, 2020, or until the gift eCards run out.
2. Every customer who, between October 5 and October 23, 2020, buys 20 CRIMSON CUT, PROMOSTARS, or MARK THE HELPER fleeces of a single model will receive 1 Empik gift eCard worth 25 PLN. The indexes taking part in the promotion are set out in Appendix No. 1 to the terms and conditions.
3. Gift eCards can be redeemed in the empik.com online store available at www.empik.com, in accordance with the online store's terms and conditions at www.empik.com/regulamin.
4. eCards will be sent electronically to the email address provided in the fleece order.
5. eCards will take the form of a generated code entitling the holder to a 25 PLN discount when placing an order in the empik.com online store, available at www.empik.com, in accordance with the empik.com online store's terms and conditions.
6. eCards can be used only in the empik.com online store, on all products marked "Sold by empik.com.".
7. The promotion does not apply in Empik brick-and-mortar stores.
8. eCards can be redeemed until September 28, 2021.
9. During a single transaction, the Customer may use several eCards, i.e. top up their empik.com account with them and keep the "money" in their account.
10. Any problems with using the gift eCard should be reported directly to empik.com at [email protected] or +48 22 462 72 50.
11. All information about gift eCards can be found at www.empik.com/karty-prezentowe
12. Goods purchased under the promotion are non-returnable.
13. Goods purchased under the promotion are subject to quality complaints under standard terms.
14. Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing at the point of sale.
