Project Realization for the "Przerębel"

We present our latest project execution for the "Przerębel" Walrus Club from Bisztynek. As part of this order, the following items were produced: Lightweight Spike sports caps with computer embroidery, ideal for warm-ups and icy dips. Promostars Premium T-shirts with DTG digital printing. Promostars Mission softshell jackets featuring DTG digital printing and computer embroidery.

An interesting feature and a novelty in this project is the DTG digital printing on softshell jackets. Extensive testing and experimentation allowed us to offer our clients waterproof jackets with colorful prints featuring tonal gradients. Furthermore, this print handles machine washing at 30°C exceptionally well. Personalization was also executed on the jackets. The digital DTG method is also ideal for this type of single-item printing due to its flexibility and per-print cost. Additionally, we executed computer embroidery of the Club's logo on the sleeve. It is also worth adding a few words about the decoration techniques applied.

DTG (Direct To Garment) digital printing is a modern method allowing photorealistic graphics to be transferred onto apparel in a durable and cost-effective manner, starting from a single piece. Unlike transfer films or even screen printing, DTG is softer to the touch. Decorated garments are best washed inside out at temperatures up to 30°C.

Computer embroidery is a highly popular technique primarily used to transfer a logotype or other simple information onto clothing. Embroidery is a very durable and refined method that conveys a sense of professionalism. However, it is not well-suited for reproducing fine details or complex graphic forms, as it is limited by thread thickness.
